- Enclosure (A) of basic letter contains several inaccuracies. The ”0208” should be ”0213”; this was when LST 531 was torpedoed. The ”0220” should be ”0218” as the Convoy Commander (CTU 125.11.4) ordered that fire be opened to starboard immediately after the LST 531 was torpedoed.
